You pay €3 once and get DiskSphere for macOS, with a personal licence and no subscription.

Who sells DiskSphere

What you buy
- DiskSphere 1.0 for macOS 15 or later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
- Price: €3, paid once. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Delivery: right after the payment you land on a page with the download link. Stripe sends the receipt to your email. If you lose the file, write to us.
The licence
- You may install and use DiskSphere on the Macs you own or use, for yourself.
- You may not resell, share or publish the app or its download link.
- You keep the version you bought for as long as you want.
What the app does to your files
DiskSphere reads names, sizes and dates. It moves to the Trash only the items you tick and confirm, so you can put them back from the Trash until you empty it. It refuses to move system folders, your home folder and its Library. Check what you tick: emptying the Trash is your choice.
Refunds and withdrawal
You can get a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked: see Refunds. This is in addition to your rights under European consumer law.
Warranty and liability
We sell DiskSphere as it is and fix the problems you report when we can. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the price you paid.
Law
These terms follow Italian law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
